Hi Bonita.
This sounds more like a limitation of the hardware. Printers need extra
space sometimes at the bottom for the rollers so they limit the size of the
bottom margin. In this case, have your student increase the bottom margin
by half an inch or so...see what happens.
My problem is with the page set up I think but every time I try to tinker
with it, the effect happens to all pages, not just the one I'm trying to
work with. It's frustrating.
I'm hoping one of the Word Gurus on the list will have some suggestions.
