Hi All.

I download a comma separated file to Excel to merge with a letter in Word.
I can use if statements to generate paragraphs unique to the value in the
cell which would not be a problem except State has 50 possible values and
that's just one of the values in my spreadsheet.

I thought I read somewhere that I could set up a reference instead of IF but
I can't seem to find it.....or maybe it was just my wishful thinking.

Any Word experts, I'd appreciate your advice.

sunny.
