Linda- My work in Word when I attempt to use Word Forms is like being in a dark room with flying bird and a shotgun. Shoot at where I -think- the bird is and eventually I get lucky. (This requires an infinite supply of patience and ammo!) Will your course in Word teach me how to use Forms better than this? I would like a Form that: 1. Allows me to pick which data file I want to use, or type in a new name. For this email I will assume I have a file name Whispering Meadows Memorial Cemetery in a drop down list. 2. Allow me to enter a surname from a drop down list or add to that list. 3 Enter a first name. 4. Enter when born MM/DD/YYYY. (The four digit format is necessary.) 5. Enter when died. (If born and/or died date is missing, use "Unknown Date" instead.) 6. Picture of stone taken? (Yes/No) 7. Stone type 8. Stone condition 9. Directions on how to get to cemetery. I have been trying to make something like this for three weeks now. My forms are so error-ridden, I am ashamed of them. Looking at my requirements for it, it -looks- simple, but it is proving difficult to me. Thank you.
