[mso] Word, Excel, Outlook Xp frequently freeze on an Win Xp Pro OS

We have been facing situations where Word, Excel and Outlook 2002
applications often freeze on Win Xp pro operating system. We have all
the updated the service packs on both the OS and office. The issue does
not seem to resolve. Any suggestions? =20
