Sounds like your envelope default size settings have been altered. Go back
into the settings and make sure they are correct for the size you wish to
print on.
Otherwise, reinstall your printer driver - but if that's the cause then this
could become an off-topic topic to take to another group.

I think we're gonna need more detail here - what happens when you try to
print an envelope? Any specific error message? Are you able to view the
envelope on the screen but not print it, or is there something happening
with the envelope function itself?
