[mso] Word 2003 Menu Question

I have MS Word 2003 and Adobe has placed multiple entries on my menu bar.
Last time this happened I reinstalled Word but is there a simpler way to het
rid of these multiple menu items from Adobe?
 
Thanks in advance for any help or direction you may suggest.
