[mso] Why Does Outlook 2003 Block Some Links?

One of the last Office Security updates started blocking some links, but not
all. Apparently this is a measure to keep malware from installing, but I
have other security in place to stop unwanted installs. It is aggravating!
Anyone know how to turn this 'feature' off? Maybe a Registry hack?
