Thanks for the reply.
Yes, if I can recognize/guess that the author(s) intended to use some fonts
that are not installed on my PC, I can see (in each instance) what font
that is by doing as you describe. In a 20-page document, parts of which were
written by different authors, it's likely that I will miss some font
substitutions. Can it be that MS didn't provide a way to indicate font
substitutions or provide a way to search a document globally for
substitutions?
