This is actually a feature in OL 2003...but I think the same can be pretty
much accomplished by using View....Custom/Group and setting levels of what
you want. I'd have to experiment to get it right, but it should
work...however, I don't have OL2002 handy to verify.

I was wondering the same as Lisa! I thought I would try this for an
alternative solution if you are viewing in Outlook - my version is 2002 but
I guess it will be similar in other versions:

1. Right-click the folder your MSO mail comes into (I presume you have it
set on a rule to go into a separate folder) and click Properties.

2. Click Administration.

3. Choose your preferred method of sorting - eg unread messages, by thread.

Seems a great idea - except it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong or not
doing in the first place?

Sorry...I have no control over that...that's a freelists thing. But, you
can add the "Sent" column to your folder so you will see them in the order
they were sent, instead of the order you received them.

Hi Linda,

Is there a way and would it be useful to number the posts so that they will
come out in the right order is sorted by subject? It may be that it's too
complicated or just not worth it though I guess.

Regards
Lisa Green
