Hi Maureen .... I'm not sure what type of vertical lines you need, but using
tables would make this possible...either you can use table borders or insert
a thin image of a line in a long table cell wherever you want a vertical
line.

Nice to see new people come out of lurking :-)

Subject: [mso] Vertical Lines In Word 2003

Hi all,

I am mostly a lurker, and I have what might sound like a really dumb
question. At work I have many forms that I use, paper forms with horizontal
and vertical lines and text. I have figured out how to make the horizontal
lines, but I still have to print out the form and then use a marker or pen
to make the vertical lines. Is there a way to do this in Word?? I am
running XP Pro with Office 2003 installed. I have Photoshop CS and
Illustrator CS and could make the lines in there, but would like to do this
in Office, as my work computer doesn't have PS or Illy installed on it.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Maureen :-)
