LOL...no scolding from me, Corey...that's what this group is for Here's the down and dirty steps...some stuff may be different in different versions of Outlook, but this should get you started...if you get stuck, just come back with specific questions First, right click on your Inbox in your Folder List (View menu>Folder List, if you don't see it) Choose New Folder Name it MSO Now, go to the Tools menu and Choose Rules Wizard Choose to start with a blank rule In the first step, choose Check messages as they arrive Next Choose With specific words in the Subject...then down at the bottom, click on the underlined text "specific words"...type in [mso] (include the brackets so you don't catch other stuff by mistake) Click Add then OK Click Next Choose "Move to specified folder" Click on the underlined words at the bottom "specified folder" and browse to your folder called MSO Click OK Next you can setup any exceptions, but for now, don't bother, just click next then Finished. And that's it...now, you can make more folders and new rules based on this one and just change the subject line text and destination folder....and each of your group emails will automatically go to the right folder and you will have no problem figuring out which mail came from which group.
