[mso] Using =IF(AND not working as I think it should- Excel 2000

I have been reading Mouse Trax looking for a resolution to my problem; I
guess I will have to ask.

In my sheet,
C3 contains the value 29 it obtained from a drop down list.
E3 also contains the value 29 it obtained from a drop down list.
G3 contains the value 0 (Zero).
H3 contains the value 0 (Zero).

I tried to put an =IF(AND(... statement and it is baffling me. In I3, I
said:
=IF((AND((C3=29,G3=0)),"LY PROBLEM","OK")

Didn't work, so I tried:
=IF(AND(((C3=29),(G3=0))),"LY PROBLEM","OK")

I get Invalid Statement.

Does anyone see my mistake? I just don't, maybe I have looked at it too
long.

Robert
