[mso] Urgent!!! Install SR updates with two versions installed

HELP, I am trying to install the Office 2k Service Updates and it wont work,
keeps saying that it can not install the core files... it is because I have
Works XP suite in the Microsoft Office Folder and Office 2k (Can't remember
if it is Pro, Premier or Dev) in a Microsoft Office 2000 Folder???
I need to have both version.... Actually I can uninstall the Works XP crap
that came with my puter, cuz I now have XP pro ready to install... they will
both be on my C: drive..... What is the best way to install both version,
and still be able to update either one???
