Be careful of BCC tho...many spam filters will delete mail when there are
multiple addresses in the bcc field
Just fyi...bcc used to be a courteous way to send mails to people without
sharing their addresses...now it's considered "spam" by many ISP filters
(grrrr)
And using the CC field or a distribution group in the CC field will not give
Robert what he wants...he wants each person to get an individual mail...cc
and distribution lists will show ALL email addresses.
Robert..the cool thing about using a mail merge, is not only will each
person get an individual email, but you can personalize them so the actual
message body includes their own name, etc. (tho I will admit, the mailmerge
to emails feature in versions of Word previous to 2002 were kinda
buggy...but in the later versions it works great)

That's a good point - even using a distribution list, I will always BCC it -
which cuts back on the amount of information in the header (and in some
cases limits who can view private e-mail addresses).
