[mso] To make the Difficult_transfer macro public

Hello,

I forgot to tell you (if necessary) that to make the macro public, you 
have to transfer all the different macros in the sheet, that is about 10.

You'd better ask someone who knwos a little because, once you did Alt + 
F11, you are in the VBA editor and then you have to switch between 
perso.xls and the active Excel File.
