Yep...it works about the same in all versions of Word...you need to use Heading Styles for it to be automatic tho ...once you've assigned Heading styles to all the parts you want to show up in the Table of Contents...just move to the beginning of your document and go to the Insert menu and insert it Try using Word's Help menu...just search for Table of Contents...it should walk you through most of it...let us know if you have any specific problems/questions once you get started.
