[mso] Speaking of Capn Patt and Outlook blocking attachments

Capn Patt just sent me a cool little program for those of you who don't
want to do the reg hack for Outlook to allow files or don't want the
addin that allows them all the time. Here's what the Capn tells me....I
haven't tried it cuz I use DetachXP, but here's what he says if you are
interested....and I do trust the Capn:
"I have a very small app called "Outlook Setter" (184KB) that allows
me to
re-set Outlook for a one time use when expecting or wanting to receive
those
files, then automatically closes back when you restart Outlook."
So he sent it to me and I have added it to the Outlook folder in our
Smartgroup files section for anyone who would like to try it. Let us
know how you like it
