I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Microsoft
changed the way they handle signatures in Office 07. Seems like
signatures used to be stored inside the Normal.dot file, but they moved
it elsewhere.

I'm unaware of a better way to restore signatures than to simply find an
old email with your signature in it, copy it, and create a new signature
in Office 07.

Subject: [mso] Signature Files Gone?

My signatures were lost after MS Office was upgraded to 2007 from 2003.
I had been using the "Insert, Signature" function to send saved
responses to standard questions. Since my upgrade these messages do not
show on my signature list. I've searched for the following file types
-- .txt,.rtf,.htm,.html and checked the Outlook files (.pst and .ost)
Thank you.
