Thanks Linda. Even the brand new book we just got really doesn't make this clear. I just looking at it trying to figure out what would make sense. My boss wanted to share his calendar, so he went in and set us all up with reviewer permissions. We were able to view his calendar by performing a File, Open and typing in his name, but when we tried to add him to the folder list, using the Tools, email accounts options, it would not let us expand his mailbox to see the calendar. I finally figured out that he had to set permissions at the Outlook Today mailbox level first, then set the permissions on the calendar. This worked, but is this the correct way this has to be done. We can only see his calendar, not his inbox or anything else, just wanted to check that this was the correct way to do this. =20 Thanks, Christine McDonald ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to=20 mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
