[mso] Re: Setting Default View in Calendar - Outlook 2003

Thanks, Andrew.

I didn't have it displayed, but now I do (Views > Arrange By > Show
Views in Navigation Pane). Thanks for that tip. It's handy to have it
available.=20

But it didn't solve the problem. Outlook still reverts back to the
default of 1-Day when I move from date to date in the Calendar.

To recap:
- I select Calendar from the Folder list. It defaults to showing 1 day.
- I change the view to 7-Week.
- I click on a date in the calendar displayed on the Nav pane. As soon
as I do this, the view changes back to 1-Day.

Seems hard to believe that M$ won't let us change the default.

Try checking Day/Week/Month View with Auto Preview in the Current View
Navigation Pane (on the left, if it's turned on). If the Navigation
Pane is
turned off, you should have View > Arrange By ... > Current View >
Day/Week/Month View with Auto Preview. You may need to create a Custom
View
(see Help for that).
