[mso] Re: Saving Excel files

Tell him to check the version of Excel he saved the file as (for example, 
if you use Excel 2K and save a workbook as "Microsoft Excel 5.0/95 and 
97/2000 workbook" the file will be much larger. Any multiversion saving of 
the workbook will increase its size.
