================================ HOWEVER, I've experimented and think I have a possible solution. Step 1: Open a new email Step 2: Click Alt-F to display the File Menu If I'm right, that will immediately locate the missing Menu Bar. I'm waiting for a call back from her so I can try it with her. I'll keep you all posted. If you think of another, better approach, let me know. ================================ She called. I got this to work. Had to add one more step. When I had her first try to find the menu, turns out it was smack dab on the very bottom of the desktop. Someone (sorry, lost who) suggested resizing the desktop. I first had her move the taskbar to the left edge of the desktop. Then increased the resolution of the desktop on "notch". THEN, she was able to find it and move it back. Thanks to EVERYONE for the ideas and help. James S.
