hi....Mr.Dawn,
i feel all u can do at this situation is following these steps
1....switch on the computer
2.......keep preessing F8 key continusly immidiatly
3.......select safe mode
4.....once u get on to the desktop......try shifting the imp files from "c:"
to some other drive like "d":,"e":...etc
5........switch ur computer off.......
6..........reinstall the whole thing
7........save those importhant files on a CD or a DVD as
backup.............enjoy ur achievement
