[mso] Quicklaunch greyed out

I googled for this, I know it's out there, but I couldn=92t find it =
(quick enough).
Windows XP Pro - SP1 or SP2=20
When trying to turn on the Quicklaunch on the toolbar it is greyed out.
How can I fix this?
