Thanks Linda - it always seems such a shame that Publisher hasn't been
given some of the refinements it could so usefully benefit from -
especially when it's not exactly unusual to want to put an index in a
"publication"!

...unfortunately the answer is "no" in Publisher...I even checked
Publisher 2003 and there doesn't seem to be a way to automate TOCs in
there yet...all the help documentation discusses how to do it manually
:-(
