[mso] Publisher Document - To large to email

I've created a document in Publisher that is only 9 pages long. It's in the
form of an Address Book with an imported .jpg picture next to each name.
For some reason, I can't email it to anyone, it just hangs up. I tried to copy
it to a disk and it's too big for that too. What gives???
Can someone help me?
