Hmmm...as far as I know, printing in color is not controlled by Word, but is controlled by your Printer. Is your printer a color printer? And, if you look in the printer properties, do you have something set up there that is telling it to print in black and white? Are you saying that normal documents print the text in color, but labels only print in black? If so, that's way weird. So, I guess what I'm asking is, do other documents in word print in other colors? If you open a blank document and type one word, then make it red or something...does that also print in black?
