Thanks Linda!
I had no idea it was something I could add. I thought it was always "there."

Peggy. The reason title master is grayed out is cuz there is no title
master in that presentation. To add a title master, choose View,
Master, Slide Master. The go to the Insert menu while the Slide Master
is on your screen and choose to insert a New Title Master.

It was my understanding that the slide master create a "template" for
all
the slides in the slide show. The title master inherited traits from the
slide master, but it could have separate "template" features from the
slide
master. Recently I worked on a show in which I had a graphic I wanted to
appear on all the slides but the first (title) slide. That worked well.
But
when I went to modify the title master so that that graphic wouldn't
appear,
the title master option in the View > Master menu was unavailable
(grayed
out). I've run into this before, but never had the time to
trouble-shoot.
Any ideas?
