Thanks Basically, I was using ppz files as a type of web content. I would create the ppz file and place it in a web site as a link. If a user did not have the viewer I directed them to the Microsoft download.=20 I just tried creating a package to folder. The folder contains all the bit's needed for a CD but not for web content. Zipping the folder contents up and placing on the web doesn't look it will be an option. -Anthony -----Original Message----- From: mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:mso-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Kathy Jacobs Sent: Monday, March 28, 2005 11:48 AM To: mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [mso] Re: Power point PPZ files Anthony, If you really want to go back to the PPZ files created from PPT, you will need to go back to the older versions. However, you might find that Packaging your presentation to a folder instead of a CD and then sending the whole contents of the folder to a compressed file does just what you used to get with the PPZ. Tell me a little more about what you use the PPZ functionality for and I can tell you how to accomplish it using the features of 2003. ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
