Make sure it's not your Antivirus program or something else interfering with
the install. Make sure NOTHING is running while you install. Also, remember
that Publisher 2002 (XP) uses activation and can only be installed legally
on one machine. If it's not recognizing the machine with the new operating
system, you may have to call Microsoft.

I had been using Windows 98 SE and installed Publisher XP with no problem.
Due to a virus I had to redo the sysytem and so I put Windows XP on. When I
tried to install Publisher it can't open the MSPUB.PUB file. I tried a
friends Publisher Xp and found the same problem. Any ideas what is causing
this.
