Make sure it's not your Antivirus program or something else interfering with the install. Make sure NOTHING is running while you install. Also, remember that Publisher 2002 (XP) uses activation and can only be installed legally on one machine. If it's not recognizing the machine with the new operating system, you may have to call Microsoft. Linda F.
