Can't do this in 2000...you'd need to upgrade or view the doc in a later
version.

No it does not work in 2000. I have inserted Comments in Word and i want to
have a preview of the same before printing...

Tools Options Track Changes (2003) but think 2000 is same vew Comments and
Formatting select this option to be on.
And print preview is fine. This is a Normal.dot setting so will not stay if
it is not your default but that is what you need.
