Oh...you said, "open", not "save" so I misunderstood what you want.
As far as I know, Outlook works like Internet Explorer...you can't really
set the default, but it remembers the last folder you saved to, so it should
open that one again the next time you want to save.

That's not quite what I am looking for. I want to be able to tell =
Outlook that I want to use an alternative to My Documents as my default =
folder when I save or attach a file. Sort of like the default path in =
Word, Excel, and Outlook that defaults to the specified folder whenever =
you want to save something.
