In Outlook....in your Inbox, go to the Tools Menu and click on Options...click on the Mail Setup tab...at the bottom of that box you will see where you can put a check in the box that says "Hang up after a manual Send/Receive" So far, the biggest difference I see in Access 2002 is the addition of Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts (accessed thru the View button where you change from datasheet view to design view, etc.) However, Pivot Tables are hard enuf to understand in Excel...I can only IMAGINE what they must be like in Access LOL The one warning I will give you....If you have any databases you want to share with anyone using earlier versions of Access, do NOT open them in 2002 or they will be unopenable in 2000 or 97. Can anyone tell me where to find within outlook xp if it exists the option to "hang up when finished sending and receiving"?. Also is there much difference between access xp and access 2000?. Many thanks in advance, Paul. ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=unsubscribe Or, visit the group's homepage and use the dropdown menu.
