Linda,

I believe that the Exit & Log Off Function is only available in the
corporate version of the Outlook 2000 Installation.  Do you know which
installation option was used on the 2K2 version.  I don't have it, so it may
be different.

No Ed...we were talking about the older versions that had a "Close" AND
an "Exit and Log Off" choice...it's the second one that isn't there
anymore

Sometimes, there were specific things that only worked when you chose
"Exit and Log Off"
