Thanks for your response Rajesh.
I have tried your suggestion but cannot find the option in OL2000.
To clarify, the File - "Send to" shortcut menu option "Mail Recipient as
attachment" is displayed but clicking that goes into the Internet
"Connection Wizard" instead of directly into an Outlook message with the
attachment displayed within the Outlook Mail Message form.
Unfortunately, our IT dept acknowledge that there is a problem, but does
tells the staff to open or switch to outlook and use the insert attachment
options.
Anybody else got any ideas.....

In the internet options, click on the program and check whether against
Email, Outlook is available. If it is not available, then we will have =

issue. Change the same to Outlook, Close the Outlook and re-open the =
same
and try sending the same. It should work.
