Hi Bill...
Sorry...I'm not sure what you're question is, but I'll check out your
other email o me in a little bit. I apologize for the delay, but I've
been trying to wrap up my monthly online magazine...which will be out in
about 1 hours at www.mousetrax.com/techtrax. Then I'll have more time to
concentrate on this question and look back to the reference in the book
to see what you mean about setting the additional bookmarks. Sorry, but
I have to review my instructions for that portion so I don't give you
the wrong info with what you're currently doing in that portion of the
book.
Oh, and just to clarify...Linda teaches Word 101 and 102 classes. I have
an Advanced Word Techniques book out and various articles on my site and
in TechTrax, but Linda has the eBook on the first two level of Word as
well as other MS software.

My Name is Bill Scott and I live in a wee town in Northern California
Called Corning . I do erosion control hydroseeding to make my Living and

I just purchased Dian's ebook autoforms and found it to be Great I am
sure that the word 101 and 102 would be of help To anyone just getting
started I know the articles on the site are Great.
Anyway ......... dun tae business ... *||:^) (a wee Scotsman wi a cap)
When I put Stacy in bkClientFName and James in bkClientLName and try the
code it fails here ...
'set the form field's bookmarks to the results from the database field
variables
ActiveDocument.FormFields("bkCompany").Result = vCompany
Question: in the VBE code there is no place to setup the bookmarks for
Fname or Lname is that done Somewhere else???
Sorry the answer is probably right infront of mu wee nose ...
