Glenda, in Outlook 2003, you can set the Junk Mail filter options to block
foreign messages. Click on ACTION|JUNK EMAIL|JUNK EMAIL OPTIONS and select
the tab for INTERNATIONAL. Open both the options on that page and select the
countries you wish to block.

Is there a way to create a filter/rule in Outlook to eliminate email by
language? We get a bucket load of email everyday from arab countries.
We can't read it so we delete it. It would be helpful to just delete it
automatically.
