[mso] Outlook collapsing groups

From time to time, like when I sort Outlook messages in a different order,
Outlook tries to be helpful and collapses groups ... sometimes all groups,
sometimes some of the groups.

Is there a setting I can set to tell Outlook to quit being helpful and only
do what I explicitly ask, and, in particular, not to ever expand or collapse
groups unless I explicitly ask it to?
