Yeah...there's all kinds of Virtual Offices you can set up on the web and many that'll display your calendars, contact, etc. Good luck! I found a shareware HTML calendar that may do what they want. You just need to sign up for a Microsoft Passport ID. MVPs are forcefed Passports to access private areas at Microsoft, so we've had them for years. I can't remember the details, but think you just have to add a little personal info. Then you can access any Passport sight and there are various things you can do like fill in a virtual wallet. Which means you can pass money from your credit card to your passport and then purchase stuff using your wallet, rather than passing your credit card info to just any vendor. The only one who has the info is your private Passport ID at Microsoft. But another feature is to share your calendar over the net. You choose the info to publish and how often it should update new info...what folks can/can't see. Then you add emails for authorized people and sent them an invite to log in and view your data. If they sign in and save the URL, they can check your status from any Internet access any time of the day/night, from anywhere, by just logging into the site and seeing what schedules you have posted. The posting can be done automatically via Outlook. To check this out further and/or sign up to have your info posted and set authorization, click Tools/Options/Preferences/Calendar/FreeBusy Options and choose the Microsoft Free/busy service. Then click Manage to set up the service. If you don't have a Passport...that's where you can sign up to get started with one. Then you log in again, set up your published calendar info. Decide who sees what and how often it's updated, etc. Then send invited to those emails whom you want to find this info. You can also choose to publish the info on your own server or FTP service. Hope that helps. Do you know of another way to share a calendar. Everything I read refers to Microsoft Exchange for Office XP. I do not see why the option was there in Office 2000 but not in Office XP. Thanks for anything you may come up with. There are three workarounds yu can try. One is to open a group email, click in the body and click Insert/Item. Select your calendar, expand it and Ctrl/Click each of the items you'd like to share. Then email the events from your calendar to those in your group. They can double click each and click Save/Close to add each to their own calendar. OR...you can create a shared drive in Outlook (have your admin set up the group rights to access it) and then you can add a group calendar in that folder that everyone can see. You (or the admin) can set up rights to say who gets to add/delete/edit events in the group calendar. Both of these solutions won't allow them to see all the text, but they can easily double click to see what's in them. OR...you can use Word. Click File/New and use the Calendar Wizard. Then you can create calendars for each month and add text in the day cells. If the font is too large in calendar, select the outside table after you've create it, and downsize the font. Then you can write in each cell and email them the doc or print copies for everyone. Hope these suggestions help. It cuts the text at the end of the line and other people cannot see it. You can double click it and see the full text but that does not help me when I print it out.
