"the only time the order matters is if you have mail that will be affected by more than one rule cuz they run in the order you see them listed"...so, if the Out of Office Rule was higher in the lists than the Move to Folder Rule, first the mail would be replied to with the Out of Office Rule, then it would be moved with the Move to Folder Rule.
