No...that's what I said... "the only time the order matters is if you have
mail that will be affected by more than one rule cuz they run in the order
you see them listed"...so, if the Out of Office Rule was higher in the lists
than the Move to Folder Rule, first the mail would be replied to with the
Out of Office Rule, then it would be moved with the Move to Folder Rule.
(unless you have "stop processing other rules" checked in the Out of Office
Rule.

So if I had an "out of office" rule set first which just processed all
"Inbox" items and sent out a reply, then had a "Move To folder" rule set
second, would all the incoming email then get stuck in the inbox cause the
out of office rule processed first?

Nope...the order doesn't really matter...the only time the order matters is
if you have mail that will be affected by more than one rule cuz they run in
the order you see them listed...but the amount of mail processed by a
certain rule isn't affected by where the rule sits on the list.
