[mso] Outlook Outbox Send Problem

I have many Outlook Accounts.

It appears that one of them must be set as default. Is this correct?

The reason I ask is that I would prefer NOT to have a default and to have
Outlook FORCE me to choose the account to use before "send" would work.

Failing that, I've implemented a "work around". I've created an account that
doesn't work and designated it as the default. It's SMTP server is bogus, so
if I click send without choosing, it will just sit in the Outbox.

It is successful for preventing me from accidentally using the wrong account.

But it has another glitch.

If I click send and don't select an account, the email just sits in the
Outbox. The little envelope icon shows closed indicating it is still queued
for send.

To get it to send, I used to

a) open it up
b) select the account to use
c) click send

But that has stopped working

Now when I do that, it doesn't send. The little envelope icon remains "open"
and it won't requeue for send.

Now, to fix THIS problem, I select the email, click "forward" on the Outbook
toolbar, then click send. This creates a duplicate that WILL send. I then
delete the problem one from the Outbox.

All of this seems odd to me and I'm curious if anyone has any ideas why I
can't correct the email in the Outbox and then send it directly.
