Our California office has asked me if I can create a message template
that will give them a "pick list" to choose 5 different items: Job Name,
Job #, City, Purpose, Action to be Taken.

Since I haven't gone to VBA school yet, is this something that is
Possible without using VBA? If not, can VBA save the day?

Any input or samples are GREATLY appreciated!
