I have just spent a couple hours putting in information and now that I've done it, wondered whether there was a better way For a list of about 60 people, mostly family, but not all, I've gone into Outlook for that person, selected their contact record, Then, for each person, I opened their contact and added a note about key dates (Birthdays, Wedding anniversaries, etc.) in the contact area. Then I opened the Outlook calendar and for each date added an annual recurring event to remind me, retyping the person's name, and email address into the event. Suddenly, I wondered if there was a better way ... some way that would better integrate the calendar with the contacts. James S.
