Easiest, presumably, is to haul the OE contacts back out to the outer level
of the OE contacts and then import them and then put them in an Outlook
category.

If you do this one folder at a time, it should be easy enough to bulk-move
the contacts once they make it to Outlook.

There is probably also software that would do an import, but seeing you've
only got one person with a problem, the manual approach will probably be the
easiest.
