on Customize Outlook Today - - mine is in the right corner - - check the

1.) I need to have Outlook open up to Outlook Today. I know my Outlook show
me my personal calendar. I do not know if everyone has it set that way. If
it is a default or a setting that can be change.
2.) We all so have a Calendar that is in the Public Folders on exchange
server. The Office manager is the only one that can add info to this
calendar. Is there a way to add the information to my Outlook Today. If you
know to do this please explain in a way that I share with everyone in the
office.
