Yes...2007 topics are definitely on-topic here.  However, I can't help you
becuz I never resized photos inside Outlook in ANY version, so I obviously
never attempted to do it in 2007.  Sorry.

You might try the beta testing groups at Microsoft's website.  I assume you
have the public beta....do public beta testers also have access to the beta
newsgroups?
