[mso] Outlook 2003 - cannot export address book to Access or Excel

Hi
Does anyone know how to resolve.
I'm unable to export my address book. It tries to install something and then
asks for cabinet file SKU011.cab from source disc. However, it cannot find the
file from source disc.
I miss not being able to export address book
Any help would be appreciated.
