[mso] Re: Outlook 2003 behaving strangely

Even more strangely it all seems to be working properly again, although the
e-mails that had been changed have not changed back to just received
e-mails.

Not speaking from experience here, but it sounds as though you need to
reinstall 2003 or at least do an installation repair.
