[mso] Outlook 2003 - Rules - Auto Replying / Forwarding to emails [jsh]

I would like to create a rule that automatically forwards and other rules
that automatically reply, to incoming emails.
I can do that.
However, I also want to be able to have a MESSAGE in those replies and
forwards.
I cannot find anywhere to do that.
Also, I have found the action of "custom action", but I cannot find anywhere
in help or in the Microsoft Knowledge Base that explains how to create a
"custom action".
Any assistance would be appreciated.
