[mso] Outlook '03

As I asked with OL XP, I'll ask again, hopefully not in vane.
In OL '03 can one open an email, as one can in OE, and read it as text
only? (In OE one can just right click on an email and pick properties, then
select message source, to see the email in text only format). Is this
available in full blown OL yet?
